Satisfaction Guarantee We are committed to providing high-quality photography services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the photos delivered, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include retouching the photos, offering a reshoot, or providing a partial refund, at our discretion. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your photos to discuss any concerns. 5. Limited Warranty on Physical Products We offer a limited warranty on physical products such as prints and photo gifts. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it or provide a refund, at our discretion, provided you contact us within 30 days of receipt. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, storage, or third-party services. 6. Payments and Refunds All payments for services and products are processed through secure payment gateways. We offer refunds in accordance with our Satisfaction Guarantee and Limited Warranty policies. Refund requests outside of these policies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zary Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: • Your use of or inability to use our services or products. • Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein. • Any errors or omissions in our services or products. 8.
